Students have been told that they will only be allowed to register if they have already had a formal interview with Mr Underwood, Miss Pace or me. Those wishing to enrol should attend on Wednesday 30 August and Thursday 31 August at the time allotted below.
If any student has not previously had an interview and wishes to register in the sixth form they need to attend on Thursday 31 August, again at the allocated time, and wait to have an interview. Failing this, students will need to phone the school and arrange an appointment with Mr Underwood or me in the new academic year.
The process will run as follows:
Registration for Year 12 students who have had an interview will take place on Wednesday 30 August in Hall 3.
11PDT or 11WMT register between 8.30am – 10.00am.
11SDE or 11SAM register between 10.00am – 11.30am.
11ALK or 11ALG register between 12.00pm – 1.30pm.

Any students who have previously attended another school or college but have had an interview can register between 8.30am – 10.00am.
Registration for Year 13, Year 12 progressing to Level 3 and Year 11 who have not attended an interview will take place on Thursday 31 August in Hall 3.
Registration for Year 13 will be between 8.30am and 10.30am.
Level 2 Year 12 who are returning to undertake Level 3 Year 12 – register between 11.00am and 12.00pm.
All other students who have not had an interview but wish to enrol can attend between 1.00pm and 3.30pm.
Mr Underwood and I will be available for discussions on A’ level results day (Thursday 17 August) and GCSE results day (Thursday 24 August) but we will not be holding interviews on these days.
Please also be aware that we are not running a Level 2 course in The John Frost School Sixth Form for the academic year 2017-18. Level 3 course requirements are 5 A* to C grades, including GCSE English language and GCSE Maths or Numeracy. Year 11 students have had this explained to them and discussions have taken place during the interview process.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this.
